car had broken down @ other side of traffic lights. there no 1 in car , nothing show hazard! left 25 meters of skid marks, in court, police officer said of been travelling in excess of 30 miles per hour. know wasn't. how fast have been going? not tell court exact speed. said calculated speed car going 30 miles per hour of of left 15 meters of skid marks. correct? tell me approx. speed travelling want appeal against conviction.
