How to merge 2 hard disks into single partation?


i'm running windows 7 (32-bit) , have dell optiplex 780 x64 based pc, ive installed 2 hard disks in it, 1 80 gb , other 1 300 gb, c drive ( windows drive) in 80 gb hard dist , gets stuffed pc runes slow. question can merge second hard disk c drive, making 150 gb or that.
