Who can help with early childhood teaching--guidance strategies (4-5 yr old's)?

need guidance strategies 4-5 year olds @ childhood center. watch on class/age group in afternoons , kids have gotten out of control need guidance strategies.
regular teacher leaves don't listen me, want want , start playing without permission. i'll start talk correct , can't need out because talk on me , loud , ignore me. throw toy across room or else's toy across room. i'll tell them not throw friends toy not okay , etc keep doing anyway despite words (right in front of me, ignoring words) have , take them refuse let go hands , ends gotta yank out of hands it, ridiculous because never happens when regular teacher in there them. i'll tell them rules of hide , seek, rules of can not done if want play it. yet catch of them later breaking rules , end having tell them 3-5 times same thing of not allowed, went on before started. when parents walk in doesn't orderly, wild , "running" when i've repeatedly told them use walking feet prior them 'still' doing it. aye yi yi, don't know or how discipline them.
