Why are Small Businesses finding it so difficult to find skilled workers in the US?


kids raised , influenced think math , science "geeks" , "dorks" , critical thinking , being "different" suspicious.
kids go along flow.
that's why high-tech companies , skilled industries beg government issue more skilled worker visas.
factories hiring- don't want assembly line-style unskilled workers. want applicants can work cad/cam , know solid math , can communicate. guys out of high school in blue-collar famlies don't have either trait.
