How to get rid of a headache?

if haven't taken medicine already, take aha!

if have , hasn't worked, try lying down in dark room hour cold flannel on forehead.
sounds weird, have heard works haha

drink water , lots of rest.
hope goes away :)

for 2 days i've been feeling rough, i've got headache , don't feel right! how can rid of it? it's important have exams coming , it's hindering revision.
