employer sets terms of employment. if feel particular job worth x number of dollars willing pay. true if think replaced.

employee has option accept terms of employment, improve value company or seek other employment offers better pay , better opportunity.

there several people have worked thei company , no raise. no benefits , breaks not available when work 9 hours
