company told our 401k provider highly compensated employee (meaning earning on 110,000.000. letting me put in 449.90 every 2 weeks equals 83,385.00 below amount highly compensated employee. called hr discuss discripency of amount, saying if earned more 110,000.00 amount should allowed put in 16,000. under own admission breaking law try meet law. should file compliant against them department of labor?
