Was this really necessary?

honoral student has never got detention or that.i in 9th grade,and yesteterday in aerospace tech 1 teacher getting adjetated @ students acting up.one kept on bitching,and mr.venters told him move.he moved,and continued bitching.i said"silence mrs.piggy" because talking,and nicknamed him mrs.piggy,not based off of anything.i kermit frog.so told him in regular tone of voice,and said"shut **** up,you're pissing me off" pretty loud.mr.venters sent him out,and kid mentioned name.mr.venters said had go,he didn't want send me,he didn't see happened,he heard josh yelling,and josh mentioned name.we went down office,and dean gave class 1 referal for"interupting class"(mind said silence mrs.piggy,i not talking),and 3 days of 15 minutes of detention in morning tue wed , thu.i went , talked mr.venters during lunch,and said sorry,that if upto him drop referal dean.he said talk . told mom real story(i do,even if wrong,and wasn't), , called dean let know.the dean said talk mr.venters come tue morning see if wants drop referal,but come detention anyways.why did in trouble if telling josh silent because kept bitching.the mrs.piggy part doesn't matter because said doesn't care if call him that,but others take far(and not call him again).he getting written no matter because cussed,but if said,technically "interupting class"?
