Do I need glasses/ should i get my eyes tested?


im 14, needed see if symptoms serious or not? well, im on laptop , terrible headaches time, literally everyday, (the headache pain in middle of forehead or above eyebrows) , arms length cant see small writing, ive never tried far away because ive never payed attention road signs when im sat in car, when stand dizzy , eyes go fuzzy, need glasses or not?
