Why don't schools fire the bad teachers?


because hard fire them due union , other forms of government job protection.

son lost whole 3rd grade year poor teacher. guy old , didnt care. kids jumping off desks , raising hell, , did nothing.

not anti union or anti government, needs happen make sure real teachers around kids.

i mean ones have absolutely no idea doing. what's point of keeping them? they're not helping anybody.
