How do I beat someone in boxing who is Older, Stronger and Taller than me?


i'm 5'5 , friend 5'7 , go boxing every monday, i'm pretty strong. stronger. punches rock in glove. 14 , i'm 13. everytime come in punch him i'm afraid he'll punch me in face harder. have 2 days find tips , tricks can beat him. never win him , wanna win once. never goes offensive, goes defensive can't counter punch when want. i'm pretty controlled @ punching. go offensive cuz if both go defensive stays @ stalemate. need learn tips , tricks , train if have please help.
