My teacher is not doing his job!?

in college , web design teacher being difficult , work never manages done because of him, have stay behind or come later.

he:-
-ignores me entirely when call
-ignores me when hes checking on student 1 @ time
-doesn't state have in detail e.g "finish websites"
-starts being patronizing on "easy" task (complete opposite of easy)
-doesn't lay out instructions

, when 1/4 of class has left , there 7 people manage (not hard) dose exact same thing above!

dyslexic , written on file, hasn't read it.

anyway parents going have words him want myself (as adult), has thick skull tryed sorting him out last time, didnt work, way can think of alot more harsh, raising voice on etc.

worried college put me on disciplinary. (what ever is) or kick me of course.
