Best dog for my wilderness survival situation?


dog breed recommend situation? live in central texas. literally in 40 miles radius, there these types of different terrains: flat , grassy in 1 place, rocky , hilly, patches of thick trees , many streams , rivers large ponds , lakes. gets 110 degrees in summer , snows or @ least freezes every winter. wildlife consists of cougars, deer, hogs, fox, coyote, rabbits, racoons, snapping turtles, few alligators, falcons , hawks, feral cats, bobcats, geese , ducks, veonomous snakes copperheads, mocassins , rattlers non-venomous, frogs , supposedly "bigfoot" lol... areas cliff-y being carved old rivers. areas thick thorns , short stubby evergreens, there's lots of cactus, , in between. areas there small streams mossy , slick. lot of fishing , hunting. live on large lake , lot of swimming , hiking when it's not hot or cold, fishing on lake , boat rides, cliff jumping, etc. hunt squirrel , duck deer , hog. consider personal , property protection important. above else, want dog(s) keep safe harm , protect our "homestead" intruders , looters. we'd dog quiet has mean bark when necessary. planning on getting 3 different types of dogs, since have such vast needs/interests. have small family run farm types of livestock; horses, donkeys, cattle, sheep, goats, hogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, , few exotics. enjoy going rodeos watch , compete. not have children hope within next 5 years. realize of going training of dog, , prepared. have interest in several breeds , each has own list of pros , cons , hard deciding. if chance thrust kind of survival situation, know in wilderness, not try stay in city or something. we'd able keep 2 or 3 horses transportation, realize size issue in concealment. , problem of keeping them fed (if there not plenty of green grass available). far thick brush possible, far off beaten path, , set homestead there. can't make plans past because there's no certainty of kind of survival situation , threats there be. want have our dogs us, both company , help. we'd have couple of dogs remain @ "homestead" guarding it, without wandering off or being noisy , drawing attention it. we'd dog or 2 traveled in event had leave supplies, hunting, etc. we'd dog can in aspects of hunting, trailing downed game, retrieving small game, , possibly taking down prey themselves. again not wander off or draw attention, , protect if chance came across threat. feeding these mouths not issue. @ procuring food of kinds in event of emergency , under no circumstances consider eating our beloved companions. please don't tell problems might occur in situation this. want list of top 10 - 20 breeds would fit our needs, why, etc. please explain reasoning, understand , decide on this. dogs fit in our current lives as in future disaster. understand may never happen, we'd prefer ready. of breeds have considered:
1. great pyrenees or anatolian shepherd (or mix) guarding homestead. we've had great pyrenees , have met several anatolians , find alert , brave , protective of both person , territory.
2. rottweiler protection, uncertain of breed's other usefulness. want dogs useful many jobs, not one.
3. american pit bull hunting , working, unsure of guarding abilities. we've had several , find they're friendly.
4. german shepherd protection, haven't clue whether can used hunting or else?
5. blue heeler, we've been told many small, hardy, smart, has endurance, tends one-person dog , weather resistant.
6. irish wolfhound believe these dogs have potential lot, i'm unsure of because they've been bred pets these last centuries, rather hunters , warriors once were.
