Do you think my videos are good and how can I get more subscribers/video views?

well, can't offer sure-fire tips on growing channel, can provide tips on upping quality of videos make them more enjoyable:
1) don't. *******. use. movie. maker. understand has come somewhere, start @ bottom, yeah it. don't use it. program ****. find torrent vegas pro or other professional grade editing software , figure out how use it. quality 10-fold.
2) invest in quality camera. homework , figure out quality camera within budget, though know cameras cost 500 usd.
3) learn how make covers of songs, or see if have friend can you. allow put ads on videos , not have copyright claims on every video. plus, personally, hear covers of songs watch user-made music video. nice, guess "indie" feel of it. i'm sure not alone in opinion.

know might not looking for, hope helped none less. doing these things increase quality of videos , lead people enjoying videos , subscribing , share friends. so, inderectly, guess did answer question. :)
