Can swimming build endurance?
absolutely. other endurance , strength, if done regularly during week, can tone muscles , build flexibility , breath control.
beneficial sport , hobby continue till old age, , enjoy grandchildren. gain great confidence in saving or others should there emergencies during water trip. venture scuba diving or diving treasures, sport or occupation.
different sets of muscles used in swimming, running , other land sports, don't excessive number of latter, if desire benefit swimming.
