How can i build lean muscle?


ok cut long story short 19 5 ft 6 use weight 266 pounds weigh 158 pounds lost weight in 14 months , lost quite bit of muscle cos got reall skinny arms , legs , turn off cos worked hard in going people in school use tease me "tubby or fatty" weight now. according calculations have 17 percent bodyfat dream body athletic type of body u arent tank looking have lean athletic body. eat clean dont make room junk food or soft drinks or wat ever eat clean. eat close 1800 calories day workout 5 days week. heres thing leave army in 3 months time know build muscle u cant cardio cant giveup cardio , lift or else id fail army fitness test sure run alot alot of body weight exercises pushups dips etc. once again lack things arm size have skinny arms , legs skinny dont know why such shame @ arms , 15 year olds pliz suggestions how can go in workout / nutrition putting in mind dont wana tank looking have fit army cant ease on cardio eating enough calories, or tips u guys give me put on muscle decreae amount of body fat on me im tryna 17 down 12 percent. sorry if confused u cos im upset bout way things have turned out me , me out guys. cheers thanks
