TURTLE EMERGENCY!!!!!?

okay playing baby box turtle (rescued in december) , noticed schutes on shell starting peel bit. @ first thought regular shedding felt bit , part that's come soft. seemed sensitive touch. put vitashell on her. few things mention, first off, not have source of uva lighting, have uvb reptibulb. i'm going buy uva/b light next week when paycheck, has been without few months. second off, substrate has been more wet usual. it's kind soak in water , put tad water in , figured soak up, have flat dry rock out. eats reptomini pellets, eat strawberry or cherry tomato. seems active , everything. can tell hurting , don't want in pain. shows no signs of shell rot. thank you!!
