Coworkers still bother me when my headphones are in, how to get them to stop?


work in cubicle setting , i'm student assistant , sit in row of half cubicles guess say? aren't full cubicles , sit back other students. students can tell when i'm trying work hard when have headphones in, older people dont it! when they're bored work think it's ok go disturb other people! made mistake of saying hi guy weird , in late 20s , ever since then, thinks it's okay come desk , bother me, headphones in. have tell them "i'm trying work sorry" i'm @ point don't care anymore if i'm rude these people. think?!
