Debt Hell! Advice needed on debt company.?


in debt , took sensible option seek help. told there companies free went debt 123 solutions because assured me creditors freeze account , therefore no more charges added. i've discovered despite telling me this, overdrawn bank account keeps adding charges , catalogue company have added on further £300. i'm paying debt 123 after debts , since i've been them know owe £450 plus £200 i've paid debt123. i'm seething this!!. feel such fool. sent them worded letter telling them or speak solicitor.
admit i've been foolish , immature money deserve this? can offer me advice please.
