Fishing:Why are bass more active at night?

there's less activity predators,like fishawks,and humans,and food easier ambush,like unsuspecting frogs,and crayfish come out of lair hunt,not mention other food sources,such minnows,that dormant during night part.bass have no problem seeing in blackness of night,the lateral line gives them edge find prey.they aren't nocturnal definition,but active daylight.it has nothing water temp,it's matter of food availability.i have fishing place,for example,you go there in daylight hours,and it's barren,go @ night,there's bass on place,why? food!!the place has tons of rocks,and crawfish come out @ night,then bass go there crawfish.
