Why All Specs of Headsets Are Same Except Price?


i've been looking better quality headset since 2 weeks , i've found specs same.... mean ....what main feature of headset?.....impedance ???...frequency response ?????.....sensitivity???..........i've seen thousands of headsets these same features.....1.impedance=32 ohm
2.frequency response=20-20000 hz
3.sensitivity = 110 db/mw

prices opposite direction....some of rs.385.......some of rs.786...and of same features @ rs.173???????
