Why has the notification icon disappeared from my yahoo homepage?


yahoo homepage has changed overnight. used have 'hello' box icon beside on top left notification bell , mail icons @ top-right. sign in/out block little lower down on right side no notification or mail icons. has changed? how can these icons back?
