Can I get an emergency appointment for my italian tourist visa in London?

pakistani national living in london on spouse sponsorship.i have booked , husband's ticket , hotel venice 16/03/2013. checked italian consulate website http://it.vfsglobal.co.uk/nonimmigrant_tourist_faqs.html find out how can apply tourist visa. information on website said;

ans applicants free apply 90 days prior date of travel. consulate general recommends apply @ least 3 weeks prior date of travel accommodate unforeseen processing delays.



hence, booked flight , hotel in first week of feb, started working on documents required visa application apply month before date of travel website said consulate recommends apply visa atleast 3 weeks prior date of travel!!!

1 month away travelling, , earliest appointment getting 18/03/2013!! desperately need visa travel venice on 16/03/2013. have paid mine , husbands flight , hotel , fee non-refundable. there way emergency appointment tourist visa? or if show @ consulate without appointment morning request emergency appointment considering information on website misguided me?
