The "not spam" button does not work in my yahoo mail spam folder?

yes yahoo working on number of problems. until fixed, have found usefull tapp f5 button, refreshes page, , able go forward. dont know not spam button, worth try. also..................

might have set filters caused email sent trash folder or folder within yahoo! mail account. check:
click options menu in upper-left corner, , select mail options (this in upper right mail classic users).
click filters. if there filters listed ensure they're not set prevent receiving emails sender.
note: mail in trash folder can deleted @ time. check filters ensure mail isn't going straight trash folder.

i regularly receive emails sources end in spam folder. when go in spam folder , click on message , "not spam" tab nothing happens. tab used move spam message inbox, not spam button nothing @ all
