When a boy/girl has to celebrate his/her birthday if they were born in February 29th which comes in leap year?


leap year contains 366days..and in february 29 days instead of 28 days...my doubt is.. suppose guy/girl born on february 29th in leap year..if she/he has celebrate when should celebrate...should on march 1st or shlould wait leap year...
