Help with power supply for Geforce GTX 660 TI?
bought geforce gtx 660 ti upgrade video card crappy 630. had 350 watt power supply unit in desktop , knew 660 required 450 watt psu. bought dynex 520 watt power supply. before installed had doubts card. went @ reviews of card on best buys website , there review saying didnt have enough amps run higher end cards. wasnt aware had take consideration amps watts. psu box sure doesnt make obvious how many amps has watts. video card says needs 24 amps on 12 volt rail. have few questions.
1. rail? pci express slot connect card too?
2. there many things talking amps on panel psu box dont know 1 @ video card. 10 amps? need @ input voltage, max load or min load determine if suitable new video card?
