Why do i get so cold while its raining?
when raindrops hit ground, energy pulled form surface, water can evaporated. energy have been used in heating of atmosphere instead used in phase change of water droplets vapor. energy stored in water vapor latent energy, energy not felt temperature rather used in phase changes of h2o. evaporation process can draw energy atmosphere itself. rain event can lower temperature 10 degrees f or so, or more if clouds roll in sunny day. if rain hits directly, energy pulled evaporate water surface (skin).
when raining, right now, start shivering, , i'm sooooooo cold. middle of summer, , i'd under blanket. reasoning this?
