How come The New Hampshire Supreme Court could rule that a homeschooled child must attend public school?

have public school teacher member of nea keeps telling me nobody has constitutional right home educate need bit of civics here. i've never been tremendous student of constitution though i'm extremely grateful need dumb down things me.

i've been doing reading on how u.s. supreme court ruled in yoder v wisconsin old order amish yoder family did not have put children in public school past 8th grade. i've been reading federal supreme court decision in pierce v. society of sisters.

it's understanding far 1st, 5th, , 14th amendment give parent right home educate child. new hampshire case involved divorce mother christian , wanted home educate , father though child should go school.

how come state able force child have go public school?

have or have propelled state case federal supreme court?

if new hampshire did prevent filing suit in state saying "all" home educated children should forced go public school?

i've noted many courts have struck down such attempts in past , upheld parent's right home educate child how did new hampshire court around other precedents? confusing me.

misunderstanding of this?
