My webcam isnt working for omegle?

hello, many users have problems web cams. press designated button turn on camera. if using external camera, use compatible usb cable connect camera usb port of computer.

next try this.
click "allow" button flash player settings window. should see live video footage web camera. if don't see live video, web camera not working properly.
reinstall drivers try this. right click on computer-> properties -> device manager -> imaging devices -? webcam. right click on webcam , uninstall it. cause computer reinstall drivers , software. restart computer , problem fixed.

i went omegle , clicked on video , pressed allow access cam screen black. went camera app , says in use app. ideas whats wrong?
