used bike school not anymore because old bike small(20 inch wheels,15-16 inch frame)...i 14 yr. old boy,5'6" , grow more...i want mountain bike,but dont know size get...(what inch wheels? how big should frame be? lot gears necessary?)

also, brand of bikes reliable/cheap?
