IS THIS A GOOD OR BAD IDEA?!?!?


live in small town, there's 1 family owned little pet shop in area. @ place there's ton of different pets pick from, thinking getting parakeet depression , keep mind off of self harm , eating disorder etc. btw i'm 15 year old girl. anyways pet shop takes care of there pets, there's hand raised parakeets there , there non hand raised ones. thing hand raised ones way expensive me while non hand raised ones less $15 talked guy wo raises , takes care of animals , said can pick 1 of non hand raised ones , go separate room , try warm me first , see witch bird best before taking home, said since not hand raised still young can tamed within week of two. know how take care of bird have had birds before , have done research, have food , toys , cage. should 1 if it's not hand raised? should place?
