Should I Go Back To The ER?

on tuesday went er abdominal pain , bad nausea, after running ct scan , ultrasound diagnosed 2 ovarian cysts, 1 had ruptured little nothing major, told me follow ob/gyn. past few days have been feeling better not 100% , pain bad , i'm sick stomach cant out of bed. should go er? or wait , make appointment ob? im nervous may have ruptured more.
