Sprained ankle help dancers?


yesterday somehow sprained ankle, don't remember how though. little sore before dance, danced on , couldn't walk after. hurt lot yesterday, iced , stuff morning walk on it! i'm wondering if need crutches , how can dance again! it's festival season, need on feet asap!!!
