know if don't wear them i'm subject worse accident if did; however, that's problem. me not waring seat belt not endanger myself , it's asinine i'm going fined because i'm not wearing one. think : while riding motorcycle (in states) don't have wear helmet. if in crash , you're not wearing helmet there lot more damage done if wearing helmet. else see double standard here, or me?
dangerous drive without seat belt? yes.
should illegal not wear one? no.
