2. nice theme (people simple themes, depends on blog type)
3. can self promote on posts, you'll lot of hate.
4. self promote in famous people's inboxes when can
5. ask politely people check blog, read faq (if have one) first. always.
6. talk people follow you/ follow ((make friends))
7. go on tumblrplug.com , promote blog (don't worry, safe.)
8. when people offer blog rates, participate in events! (ex; ask me questions blog rate) , improve until start better rates!
9. ask blog advice when can
10. url. preferably one-word url; although rare. or funny one.
11. active. people unfollow blogs haven't reblogged 3+ days
