Speed endurance help please?
have been trying increase 2 mile run time. around 12:30 when try run @ quicker pace not endurance gets tired leg muscles. questions how can stop these leg muscles tightening , getting tired?
additional info: alot of stretching , alot of 30 second jog 30 second run intervals through hills.
