Anybody know how to get rid of this?
have news friend. you're feeling burn! that's thing. muscles saying worked them out. if started working out learn love feeling because know when hit muscle groups. if didn't burn little you'd never know. try gently stretching them while , here said don't use medicine mask natural occurance. learn love burn!! :)
i went gym woke , muscles sore, haven't pulled them or aches, idea on how rid of this?
