I am bad at reading comprehension :(?

last year scored f , d's year score c's , d's think got better, that's it. never got better c. not bad student quick learner , score high every class, when reading comprehension score bad.
has been problem can't understand it. doesn't matter how many times read text or answer incomplete or (like teacher said) rubbish!

(it great if answer question too!)
have little math problem, make mistakes @ tests prevented.
few weeks ago wrote down ''3x5 = 18'' know 15 reason still write 18. have @ other easy questions 9+5 (but of time write 3x5=18 -___-) know answer is, still write down wrong answer! frustrating because give myself stress stupid answers wrote down.

please give me serious answers have big test week next week , want options or suggestions how can prevent math problem , how can better @ reading comprehension
