I need some advice about my very naughty 6 year old daughter.?

have 7 year old boy , yes can bit naughty nothing compared daughter has turned 6 years old. if doesn't own way have massive fit, scream , shout , kick , hit , hates hate nobody loves , finding hard how deal her. time out chair , have award chart have to chores around house earn awards , toys , sweet when have collected 30 , if naughty take awards away nothing works unless gets own way ways acts this. don't know never give in , never down nothing works. have tried , advice health visitors because on 5 won't , sure start same on age help. have rang social services , i'n not needy enuogh case because not beating her. if has advice or knows of group or organization can grateful. thank you
