Will this circuit work for what I need?

rds = 15 mΩ 50a power 37.5w needs significant heat sink.
case 0.6 x 40w = 24 degrees cooler case.
if air 40°c 0.4°c/w heat sink , allowing washer 0.6°c/w, case 24 degrees hotter. case 64°c, junction 88°c. heatsink fan.
search device lower rds reduce this.
needs vgs = 10v turn on properly.
second link has explanation of similar arrangement. bootstrapping supply requires continuous stream of pulses (so pwm) make work. should possible drive motor stream of pulses represents pwm @ 99% or similar (generated 555 timer or microcontroller. note details of additional filtering capacitors etc reduce motor noise can interfere other components.
alternative use circuit in third link. uses complementary mosfets (s1 , s3 p channel , s2 , s4 n channel) in each half of bridge. inputs @ 5v logic level, mosfets s2 , s4 need logic level types, on 5v logic signal. possible add additional drivers work higher gate voltage along lines of s5 , s6 (note these invert logic). arrangement has 2 controls, forward or reverse (or both off). never have both on. may necessary have additional logic example, during power of microcontroller prevent this. wait motor stop before reversing. see second link more details motor noise etc.
i need drive 18v, 50a peak motor forwards , backwards based on 5v signal arduino uno.
