How do I convince my dad to add a room or two to our house?


know really, expensive, mom , agree use space. our house cluttered because don't have enough room everything. want add bathroom, because 1 older sister , share really, tiny, , hogs all. literally never use it, because leaves dirty clothes on floor, makeup, jewelry, , used tissues on counter, et cetera. smells bad, , there's absolutely no room left meager toothbrush , facial scrub!

secondly, want add bedroom. parents work @ kitchen table, , mom tutor thousand different companies, there's stuff left on 2 of them working there. think if add bedroom , make little office them.

how should ask dad add couple rooms our house? or, if don't think that's idea, other tips additional space?
