wanting simple slab, rest on ?
or going elevated high level?
if resting @ ground level suggest about, 2 1/2"- 3" (65-75mm).
remember you'll need put base layer of aggregate or dolomite chippings.
question little vague, don't mention type of land or soil,
remembering can't lay concrete directly onto soil on
period of time crack , failure, may cause
rupture of tank. if made of pp/pe plastics.
