What would Latin America look like if the Dutch colonized, and not the Spanish?

mexicans speaking dutch when crossing border. hispanics speaking dutch. our cuisine feature dutch, african, , indian twist.

think our last names , our features different. whiter, maybe argentina in areas. because spaniards dark, or dark-haired , dark-eyed , mixing indians , africans doesn't add mixture. if mixture came whiter skinned, , more populations of blue eyes.
wonder if have variation of wood shoes , such. take african , spanish culture , made greater latin american heritage!!
