How come humans are diverse if we all came from the same ancestor?or did we?

while people quite diverse in traits, same. sure, african humans have developed darker skin tone better suited environment, still identical asian human or european human genetically. it's humans living in different areas have on time undergone natural selection people native each area suited live in environment. share common ancestor (since we're same species).

did come same monkey tribe? or what, y there black people , asians , whites? different. how did become that? monkeys white people from? black people?did mutate diferently?
