How to clean spinal bones?

collect animal bones find, , today picked spinal chord of possum. it's been picked pretty cleaned vultures (would've taken carcass way messy), , piece connected still vertebrae held in place.

it's been sorta sun bleached, , there no ants on know muscle , tissue have been picked clean. sanitize (more or less). half-and-half mixture of bleach , water after scrub down anti-bacterial soap? know how long should soak for, or if should use ammonia instead of bleach. don't want spine fall apart @ each vertebrae.

way, hit , killed (yes, roadkill). know enough wear gloves while doing too; please don't whine being disgusting. stamp collecting gross no 1 complains it.

kidding aside, if has tips on how clean please tell me.
