I have to do a rant about why social sites like Facebook Twitter ect are stupid...?


breeds narcissism. makes ordinary people think special because have 1000 virtual friends never pull car out of ditch in middle of night if asked. these not true friends, rather symbol of false popularity.

also, social networking data mining , people willing give information away free.

, not bring people closer together, before social networking go see if wanted 'keep in touch'. more personal, more intimate. loose lot of body language, mannerisms, hand gestures, tone of voice etc.

what points should make? should first sentence be?
