What are some of the affordable, safest areas around Miami?

@amused contestant maps outdated , inaccurate!!! , says created in 2009. proof in case, knows homestead has drastically changed , has been drastically rebuilt since 2009. it's different world in parts since map created. it's way off base, ex: modello bad pocket doesn't exist anymore!!! it's rebuilt beautiful string of new complexes. there's new city built starting east of florida turnpike south of 288 st going pass homestead-miami speedway area , down there in case no 1 knows exist. miami lakes not nice area (really that's hialeah)!!!!

@sp - miramar/pembroke pines, west of i-75 ok... maybe remember, other parts close nasty areas hialeah/miami lakes/miami gardens/coral city. i'd stay away them plague.

broward: margate, weston, davie, southwest ranches, dania beach, coral springs, cooper city, sunrise. beach cities. boca raton (palm beach county)

miami-dade: redlands, princeton, miami shores (extreme contrast it's surrounding areas), aventura, homestead (some parts), pinecrest, villages of palmetto bay, richmond heights (some parts), old cutler area (if can afford it), key biscayne (if can afford it) beach areas (if can afford it).
saga bay sweet. cutler bay, coral gables, coconut groove lot of areas may have take bad.

please bare in mind, closer neighborhood alligator alley, 27 or let's "the everglades", more danger there of gators crawling pool or backyard, happens everyday. weston has huge problem type of thing. kids vulnerable. weston beautiful suburb it's built literally on edge of swamps, lot of neighborhoods near alligator alley (davie, far west fort lauderdale, etc.).

kendall/the hammocks hot spot it's on rated, yes it's pretty @ first sight find rudest , has nastiest attitudes , aggressive/dangerous drivers literally.

additionally areas have pick , choose in miami-dade.
broward better.

beach cities have mandatory evacuation every year when hurricane presents danger.
if can off old cutler road that's sweet spot, costly though.

we moving miami area 2 young children. have budget of 200k spend on home , want find area safe, affordable , has schools. willing commute 30 minutes. recommend?
