What can I do about this big tax problem? HELP!?

have not worked in on 2 years, have done few side jobs cash money front , nothing can prove have done , nothing had tax taken it. sister has friend works tax company offered taxes , since live , helps with 20m old daughter when fiance struggling going let claim on taxes. give mine , daughter's information , faxes friend needed. reason taxes , says did mine , i'm getting money , have no idea how possible or legal. have not signed anything, has not sent me of documents can see he's done tells me he's done qualify if remember correctly ctc , eic. i'm not tax expert doesn't sound right , feel whenever talk on phone never says company works , still hasn't given sister exact date filed can on irs website. don't know if genuinely trying , thinking helping or if he's trying scam me , me trouble not sister. go , talk irs? him trouble? , lastly legal doing?
