Question regarding my right leg?


hi,
teenage dancer , ballet, contemporary , hip-hop.
5 days ago noticed right leg in pain after classes - pain goes way heel on foot shin.
hurts run or walk stairs.
pain isn't agonising, there anyway avoid this? did have sit out in p.e other day.
