Small software company setup and tax exemptions on software export?

friend , client want setup company in india. there 1 person in company , after while when progress software development knowledge.. expand 2-4 members in year , on depends on cases how progress. here have several questions company registered deliveries client:
q1. canadian citizen (also holds bahrain citizenship) can setup company in india?
q2. sort of company client should register going own company , friend appointed managing director responsible handling end end admin , technologies related stuff

q3. formalities required furnish setup company? in terms of fund received him 100% run company including salary of employees.

q4. how pay taxes on software export when there no profit deliverable delivered bahrain software unit owned client.

q5. benefits registering stpi give?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
